App Home Screen
The operator can access everything once logged in. start shift, view map, see assigned routes, etc..
Shift Sign-In
Drivers login to App and then sign in to start shift. They are required to check box to confirm truck saftey check.
Beat Form
The operator must fill out assigned beat form before they are able to toggle start plowing. They fill in mileage, weather conditions and load of sand/salt they receive.
General Beat Information
General info on where beat starts, problem areas, areas that need attention and special instructions.
Map Outline
View highlighted map and see notes including any special instructions and problem areas.
Turn by Turn Navigation
Once operator is ready to go, he or she toggles the navigation button and are guided through the beat via voice navigation complete with comments thoughout. You provide the routes to us and we plot them out in the exact order with comments as you would like them.
Incident and Accident reporting
When an incident happens the operator can take a picture through the app and add a comment. The image is automatically time stamped and has the geo-location of where it occured. Upon submission the image is uploaded to the back office and Supervisors are alerted of the incident.
Breaks and Stoppages
During the day there are various needs for operators to take breaks. These are all recorded via the app and show up in Back Office in real time so supervisors are aware of break and the reason. These breaks are timestamped.
